Our Policies
The RW Creative Company LLC Policy and Procedures:
Portrait Sessions deposits are Non-Refundable and must be paid at the time of booking.
Photography Package balance is due 10 days before of the Event or Wedding.
Photography photos may take up to 2 to 8 weeks due to Editing & Processing.
Travel fees are not included in packages but there will be a travel fee over 25 miles outside of the radius of Zachary La.
Due to The RW Creative Company LLC copyrights, Portraits can not be altered in any way. Portraits can not be published, commercially or editorially, without giving proper credit to the Photographer.
Cancellation Policies:
If a client cancels a Wedding or Event in a reasonable notice (30 days) a 50% refund will be returned however, if a last minute cancellations (15-29 days) of the event you will not qualify for a refund. (Non negotiable)
Photo Sessions can be rescheduled with a non-refundable deposit including any payments within 60 days of cancellation. If photo sessions are not booked within those 60 days you will be charged another deposit fee to rebook your photo session.
Late Fees:
There will be a $35 late fee if the client is more than 15 minutes late. There will be a reschedule only for any client who is more than 30 minutes late for their session if I have a double booked photo sessions for that same date of a client, however, you must reschedule within 30 days to lock in another date or you will have to repay a new deposit to rebook with RW Creative Company due to your photo session has expired.
